Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, 48 hours notice is required. If you fail to provide notice, your deposit will be lost. Please ensure you have completed required forms prior to appointment. If you arrive to an appointment and you have failed to complete forms/ not provided enough information / not followed the pre treatment advice, resulting in you not being able to have your treatment done on the day, you will lose your deposit.
